XXXL Shirts – People Come in all Sizes

You are a big man and you need big shirts. Seems simple enough. Maybe menswear manufacturers will catch on more soon.

It is hard to find XXXL shirts.  Occasionally, we get mad at the lack of choices in extra large products. And we really get tired of going into department stores and looking at the thousands of racks that do not carry our size.  Or if they have our size, there is nothing there we would wear without a fight (too ugly).

Then we remember that the clothing is manufactured for the “average person.”  As we walk down a street or through a park and look at people, we wonder who these “average people” are.  We all have differences, some are taller, some are thinner, some are shorter, some are wider through the shoulders, some are wider through the chest, some have short arms, some have long arms, and some are widest at the waist.

So we realize that there is no “average person” in any size.

Now we know we have to find the clothing that fits our unique body style.  There are other people out there, a lot of other men, who are built just like us.

Someone somewhere has the mens clothing cut that will work for us.  There will be enough room in the neck of the shirt to be comfortable.  The sleeves of the shirt will be long enough to reach our wrists but not so long we have to roll them up.  There will be enough room in the chest the buttons close easy.  The shirt tails tuck securely into our pants.

And most important, the XXXL shirt that fits is a shirt we want to wear.  The style is up-to-date.  The material is comfortable.  We can choose between cotton, a cotton blend or silk for formal occasions.  The color works well with our other clothing.  We have a choice of prints, solids or stripes.  We can choose a casual shirt or a dress shirt.

The shirts wear well.  The shirts do not wrinkle quickly.  Most stains are easy to remove.

We do not mind investing in long lasting XXXL shirts that last.  After all, we are men and we do not like shopping just to go shopping.  We also do not want to buy something we do not like, will not wear much, or that feels uncomfortable.
